Product Overview
The PC1-AG is an OEM-equivalent coalescer panel filter engineered to protect gas turbines, engines, and offshore wind turbine air intakes from moisture, salt mist, and fine liquid aerosols. It is a direct replacement for the Premaburg PC1 system, offering the same form, fit and performance as the original while providing a cost-effective alternative with fast supply and reliable build quality.
Construction
The PC1-AG combines a synthetic coalescing media core with stainless-steel mesh and a 304L or 316L stainless-steel frame for added strength and corrosion resistance. 316L is better suited to offshore, coastal, and marine environments with ongoing salt exposure, while 304L fits less aggressive onshore and inland sites. Both versions are cleanable, allowing the panel to be washed and reused rather than replaced after each service cycle.
