Product Overview
The HVL-AG is engineered for gas turbine air intake systems operating in tough conditions, helping protect the turbine from salt, dust and moisture, especially at offshore and coastal sites where salt-laden air can cause corrosion. Built for high air velocities in wet and dry conditions, it maintains low pressure drop to support turbine output and fuel efficiency, while its OEM-equivalent design allows replacement without changing housing dimensions, mounting method or expected performance.
Construction
Each pocket in HVL-AG uses a two-stage build. The first stage is a high-loft pre-filter mat with a high dust-loading capacity. The second stage is a nonwoven needlefelt polyester media chosen for its high efficiency characteristics. Both stages are held inside a robust stainless-steel frame with a 22 mm header. A fully stainless-steel construction is available where corrosion resistance is a priority, along with factory-fitted seals and adjoining clips for multi-filter bank installations.
