Product Overview
The F97-AG is engineered with self-charging electrostatic polymer media to capture and retain fine dust while keeping pressure drop low. Its cleanable design helps reduce frequent filter replacement and ongoing filtration costs. As an OEM-equivalent replacement for Parker Hannifin filters, it is designed to fit existing housings without system changes, making it a practical choice for demanding industrial air filtration applications.
Construction
The filter has a three-stage construction. The first stage uses a woven, non-corrodable polymer mesh to stop larger particles. The middle stage contains special polymer filaments looped into thousands of indentations, where electrostatic activity is generated, followed by a repeat of the first-stage mesh.
The filter core is held in a robust stainless-steel frame, with full stainless-steel construction available for higher-corrosion environments. Adjoining clips and seals can also be supplied for multi-panel bank installations.
Filters are easily cleaned by:
Compressed air
Vacuuming
Washing in cold water (a non-ionic detergent may be used)
