Product Overview
The PFAH-AG Pre-Pocket Filter is engineered for gas turbine air intake systems in offshore and coastal environments, where it captures coarse dust and salt at the primary filtration stage before they reach high-efficiency downstream filters. Made from non-shedding, thermally bonded polyester, it is available in mixed-pocket, four-pocket and three-pocket configurations to suit different housings and dust-loading conditions. Built as an OEM-equivalent replacement for Altair-specified intake systems, the PFAH-AG offers high dust-holding capacity and helps extend downstream filter life and reduce change-outs.
Construction
The three- and four-pocket filters use non-shedding, thermally bonded polyester media to protect downstream high-efficiency filters. They feature a stainless-steel frame with a 22 mm header, with standard 597 × 597 × 400 mm four-pocket sizes, custom sizes, clips and seals available.
