OEM Part Number Guide

Give us the number printed on the air filter you're replacing. Our engineers cross-reference it against forty years of build records and come back with the Airguard equivalent, its media grade, its resistance figures and its lead time, in writing, before you raise a purchase order.

OEM Part Number Guide

Service Overview

A part number tells you what was fitted. It doesn't tell you what the system needs.

An OEM part number is only a purchasing reference, so two filters may fit the same housing but perform differently under salt, dust, or moisture. That’s why Airguard checks each cross-reference against the required size, depth, media, efficiency, resistance, face velocity, gasket, header, and operating environment before recommending the right filter. Whether it’s an Altair® System 2, Neptune, Vega, Aquila, AHU pocket filter, coalescer panel, or rigid bag/V-cell element, we explain any differences and their service impact. Airguard Envirocare has manufactured intake and HVAC filtration in Wolverhampton since 1985 under ISO 9001, so the equivalent filter we quote is made by us, not relabelled.

Planning for repeat orders to avoid reactive replacements

Key Benefits

Matched, not approximated

Every cross-reference is checked against build data and confirmed in writing. If it isn't a genuine like-for-like, we tell you before you order, not after.

Procurement without the premium

The same duty, built to ISO 9001 in the UK, at aftermarket pricing, with lead times set against your changeout window rather than ours.

Fewer part numbers to manage

We map duplicate references across your sites into a shorter list of filter families, cutting obsolete stock and simplifying reordering.

How We Work

Send a drawing, housing dimensions, or your current element—a photo and tape measure may be enough to start. Our engineers confirm the frame, media grade, sealing and resistance, then provide a clear quote covering tooling, lead time and minimum quantities. For critical fits, we can produce a sample for approval before the full run. Manufacturing takes place at our Wolverhampton facility under ISO 9001 quality management, with a 12-month warranty and repeat-order supply.
