Airguard Envirocare designed the PB1P8-AG coalescer panel for versatile use across air conditioning systems, general ventilation, machinery air intakes, and engine room filtration. Its role is to remove moisture and airborne contaminants efficiently, protecting the performance and lifespan of the equipment downstream. As a UK supplier and manufacturer, Airguard Envirocare can produce and dispatch the PB1P8-AG faster and more cost-effectively than importing an OEM part, while matching it on materials, construction, and performance data.
Construction
The PB1P8-AG uses a high-efficiency polyester mat pleated between two layers of plastic-coated wire mesh, providing rigidity and more filtering surface within a compact panel. The assembly sits in a robust stainless-steel frame, available in 22 mm standard or 50 mm extra depth to suit system pressure-drop and housing requirements, with adjoining clips and seals supplied for secure fitting into new or existing Altair-compatible housings.
