The TS1000-AG Coalescer Panel Filter is engineered for gas turbine air intake systems in coastal, marine and desert environments, capturing fine water mist, fog and liquid droplets while maintaining low pressure drop. As an OEM-equivalent Altair replacement, it is designed to fit existing housings and uses hydrophobic media with a stainless-steel frame for effective moisture and fog control.
Construction
The TS1000-AG is made from 100% synthetic, high-performance woven mesh for wet and dry operating conditions, with a hydrophobic design that sheds water to maintain stable coalescing efficiency and pressure drop in wet or fog-heavy environments. Its robust stainless-steel frame is available in 304L or 316L stainless steel, with standard and non-standard sizes, adjoining clips and seals, and an all-stainless option. The filter can also be cleaned in place using low-pressure cold water or air.

Kept us updated from order through to dispatch. The filters themselves have performed exactly as described.
Amelia Kowalski
Consistent between batches
We order these regularly and the quality doesn't drift — same media, same fit, same performance every time.
Daniel Reeves
Effective and well made
Does the job well at a fair price. Would like a couple more size options, but the performance is excellent.
Hannah Nair
Great filtration and good value for money. Delivery was prompt and the fit was accurate for our housings.
Jacob Grant
Exactly to spec, fast turnaround
Matched our OEM specification perfectly and was delivered within 24 hours. Excellent airflow and build quality.
Isla Bennett
Cut our change-out frequency
Dust holding capacity is noticeably better than what we were using, so we're getting longer intervals between changes.
